Custom Order Policy

Any product sold by Perfectly Sorted to a client that is made-to-order or ordered in specifically for the client is classed as a 'custom order'. 

Custom orders at Perfectly Sorted can be but are not limited to:

  • retail orders for particular items

  • Home & B&B styling orders specifically selected by the client 

  • Made to measure curtains and blinds

  • Custom Sofas, armchairs ottomans, bedheads and upholstery

All custom orders require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit; prior to the order being placed vy our staff. Once deposits are received and orders are placed this item is now classed as in production and all costs of that production have been incurred by Perfectly Sorted. 

Cancellation of any custom orders are non-cancellable and deposit non refundable from this point on.  Custom order lead times vary depending on the item ordered and usually ranges from 8-10 weeks; however your Perfectly Sorted represented will always provide you the most up-to-date delivery expectancies. 

Once custom orders are submitted alterations cannot be made, Perfectly Sorted take no responsibility for any change of mind costs you may need to incur to make changes mid production. 

Faulty or damaged custom orders will be dealt with in accordance to the Perfectly Sorted returns policy. Custom orders cannot be returned for a 'change of mind' or 'buyers remorse' circumstance.
