About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the full-time position offers leadership responsibility for multiple functions within Perfectly Sorted namely the retail, styling and staging arms of the business. As well as having responsibility for P&L, performance and purchasing, you will also be responsible for facility-, fleet- and waste- management.
Experience in Operations Management within a busy retail environment will be highly regarded though not essential. The role can be tailored to working school hours and may suit a parent wanting to work in a busy, fast paced environment. Your first-rate communication and interpersonal skills will set you apart from the rest.

Requirements

  • experience in effectively leading teams

  • well-developed organisational and time management skills

  • strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills

  • sound experience with the MS-office suite and a willingness to learn G-suite and CRM platforms.
